PRO COMPARE MEDICARE · LYNN ROACH

Your simpler website.
Ready for WordPress.

A five-page design built around your personal service, Medicare education, and advocacy. Your photos are reused from your current website without changing them.

The file to upload is Pro-Compare-Hostinger-Theme.zip.
Upload it inside WordPress as a theme. Do not unzip it first. It is not a Hostinger Website Builder import or a full-site backup.

1. Preview the design

Download Pro-Compare-Website-Preview.html and open it in Chrome or Edge. The five menu items work within that preview. Your HealthSherpa link is included. Until your Calendly event link is entered, appointment buttons open an email request.

2. Protect your current website

Create a current website and database backup. Use a Hostinger staging copy if your hosting plan includes staging. If it does not, ask Hostinger support to help you test on a separate WordPress installation. Do not activate the new theme on the live website until you are ready to change its design.

3. Upload the theme

  1. In Hostinger, open the WordPress Admin for the staging copy of procomparemedicare.com.
  2. In WordPress, go to Appearance → Themes → Add New Theme → Upload Theme. Labels may vary slightly.
  3. Select Pro-Compare-Hostinger-Theme.zip and choose Install Now.
  4. Activate Pro Compare Medicare — Simple on the staging copy. Your existing pages are not deleted. An existing static homepage may still display until the setup step below.

4. Run the included setup

  1. Open Appearance → Pro Compare Setup.
  2. Confirm your email. Add your business phone number and exact public Calendly event link. Your HealthSherpa intake address is prefilled.
  3. Paste your FMO/carrier-approved agency/TPMO website disclosure, including any applicable organization and product counts. The starting disclosure is not a certification of compliance. Add your approved privacy policy URL, or keep the existing WordPress privacy page setting.
  4. Click Save contact details.
  5. Click Create pages & use the new homepage. This creates five published pages on the installation where you click it and selects the new homepage. On staging, it changes staging; on a live site, it changes the live homepage.

5. Review before launch

Making everyday edits

Open Pages → All Pages and edit headings and paragraphs with the normal WordPress block editor. Keep the image and action shortcode blocks in place. Update the phone, email, intake link, scheduling link, privacy URL, and disclosure through Appearance → Pro Compare Setup.

Running the setup again reuses the created pages without replacing their content. No Elementor license or paid theme plugin is required by this theme. Existing hosting and any optional third-party subscriptions remain separate.

If you want to go back

On the setup screen, click Restore previous homepage settings. To restore the old appearance too, reactivate your previous theme under Appearance → Themes. New pages and imported images remain available. Your backup is the recovery option for wider changes or plugin conflicts.

What was checked

The theme was tested in a local WordPress installation: page creation, repeated setup, media imports, block parsing, shortcode rendering, and homepage output. The desktop and phone-width previews, navigation, and expandable questions were inspected. This has not been installed in your Hostinger account or verified with your particular plugins.
