Having experienced the challenges of navigating healthcare myself, I understand how overwhelming it can feel. That’s exactly what drives me to support and educate our aging community with care, clarity, and compassion.
Before becoming a licensed insurance agent, I served as a Sales Director at a well-known assisted living community. There, I witnessed how critical it is to have the right coverage — especially as we approach the later stages of life. In fact, 80% of our healthcare needs happen in the last 20% of our lives, which makes choosing the right Medicare plan more important than ever.
But it doesn’t stop at choosing a plan once. Things change — from prescriptions to provider networks — which is why I always encourage an annual review to ensure your plan still fits your needs.
I now work closely with more than 60 hospital case managers who help patients transition into skilled nursing and rehab care. From those partnerships, I’ve seen firsthand which Medicare plans actually serve patients well — and which ones fall short.
